About us
El Puente Hispano was founded in 2017 by a group of passionate local Latino professionals. Their goal was to address the unique challenges and hardships faced by the Latino community in Cabarrus County.
Today, we are proud to have positively impacted the lives of over 1,000 families in Cabarrus. We truly believe that by providing empathy, care, and education to the Latino community, we can help uplift and empower families to achieve their fullest potential.

Programs
Our programs are designed to strengthen and support the Hispanic community through four key areas: education, community empowerment, teen programs and health. Each initiative seeks to provide resources, tools and opportunities that foster personal and collective growth, helping families overcome barriers and reach their full potential. With a comprehensive approach, we work to build a more equitable and prosperous future for the Latino community in Cabarrus County.
